Fire dog?

Boy have I learned a lot today! The Canton and Center Pigeon Fire departments came to Meadowbrook today to speak with our boys and girls about fire safety. I listened in on their great lessons and this is what I learned:

Test your smoke detectors every month and change the batteries inside them every 6 months
Make and practice an escape plan for your home
Stop, Drop, and Roll! if you find yourself on fire
Get Out and Stay Out! if your house is on fire
Never play with matches or lighters!

I also learned that our local firefighters are wonderful, brave and smart people. Thanks firefighters for keeping us all safe!

Remember the lessons that they taught us boys and girls and as always,
