After School and Summer Programs
The After School Programs for Haywood County Schools are operated by individual school sites. All programs provide licensed child care, supervised recreation and enrichment activities to children in grades kindergarten through 5th grade. The program operates during the school year in hours after school from 3PM – 6PM. . Activities may include arts and crafts, games, sports, science, music, dance, homework time, and special events.There are some summer programs available. Registration for After School
You may register your child by picking up an application at your school office. Make financial assistance inquiries to Southwest Child Development at 456-4473.
