New Student Enrollment Packet

You can pick up a paper copy at the Tuscola Counseling Center or print a copy of the linked packet and bring it filled out to the registrar at Tuscola. Please know that we need a copy of the student’s birth certificate, proof of address, and a valid driver’s license.
