NEW STUDENTS: If you are enrolling your child as a new student at Pisgah High School, we’d like to remind you of a few things to bring with you that will make enrollment a lot smoother and easier for you, your child, and us:
*the withdrawal form from his/her previous school
*proof of residency, within our district (ie. driver’s license)
*the birth certificate with raised seal
*student’s Social Security Card
*student’s immunization record
*guardian’s photo ID
*North Carolina Health Assessment (New 2016-2017) for those transferring from another state or homeschool
*custody papers ( if applicable)
